CMSS56 Networked DC Motor Speed Sensor
| The CMSS56 module measures the speed
of a DC electric motor based on the ripple in the motor’s supply current.
No physical contact or line of sight is required.
Auxiliary analog measurement channel programmable to measure other process-related function. Spare digital I/O for performing control or other measurement function. Versions available for DeviceNet, Ethernet, Profibus. |

CRSM1 Current Ripple DC Motor Speed Module
| •
Uses
voltage across a 50 mV current shunt to calculate motor speed. • Accurately tracks motor speed during acceleration. • Direct digital interface to PLC or microprocessor. • Isolated Analog output indicating speed. • Contains isolated current transmitter with selectable response time |

RSDM1 Rotary Speed and Direction Module
| • Converts irregularly
spaced quadrature inputs from photoelectric/inductive sensors and converts
the signal into RPM and direction. • Measures signal from 114 RPM to 8195 RPM to within 0.1 %FS. • Direct interface to PLC or microprocessor. • Isolated analog output indicating speed. • Tracks rotation speed by position of rotation rather than frequency. This allows jitter free measurement of average speed of non-symmetrical objects (irregularly spaced input pulses) |

IBPS Inductive Brake Power Supply
| The IBPS Brake Power
Supply is an extremely rugged current source designed to drive highly
inductive loads. It is optimized for fast response time, and is
considerably faster than most commercial alternatives. The circuit is symmetrical for both increases and decreases in program load current. Input can be voltage controlled (0-10Volts), current controlled (4-20 mA), or via potentiometer. Full scale output of the device is 1 ampere for the IBPS1, and 1.5 Amperes for the IBPS1.5. |
